Hello there i know it has been a while, but i have been very tired. So im in my 9th week, and just started getting morning sickness. The only thing i can seem to get down is fries and toast. I have my first doc. app. on December 14. I will write then and let you know how it goes.

So things are going very well. Im starting to feel pregnent, My jeans are getting smug in the tummy. Knock on wool , still no morning sickness, or anything like that.
I had a great time at my sisters, with the kids. I cant hope but feel old with them now. They are getting so big. Gabriel gave them a good work out, jumping, and playing. He really loves them.

So today i got some F..ed up news. I went to the Dr. and I first test was neg. then the second was unknown, and because the test I took at home was pos. they are sending me for blood work. I cant say how mush i want this. I guess i will see.

So i just found out i am pragent. I am soooooooo happy. So as far as the weight lose goes, well i think its safe to say i will be gaining. So for now i will use this as a count down for baby. I am really hoping for twins. I guess time will tell.

OMG tonight i got worked over dirty in my work out, it felt great. I skiped breakfast that really is not the best, but what ever. Lunch was a 1/2 of a burger and 2oz of fries. Dinner i had 1 1/2 cup pasta salad.

So today i finished my 28 day chalange with the pop, so at lunch i tryed to have on i had 1 sip and just about got sick. So it was happly back to juice. Today at breakfast i was very hungry so i had 2pc of toast with peanut butter and banana. Lunch i had yam fries with 3oz of grilled chicken and tomatos. Later i had 3/4 cups of mixed nuts. After i worked out i had some steamed veg, (1 cup).

Hello there. Today i did a weigh in and i have not lost any nor have a gained. Im not happy about that so i guess i need to try harded. So because of that i had 1pc og toast with peanut butter, and banana. I had 1 cup of mixed nuts, and 1/2 a bag of noodle soup. I had 8oz glass of milk, 2 cups of pure apple juice. I hope that i will do better this week.

Hello there. I have had a great weekend with family. The only bad thing about then
being here is that i ate way to much. Today we went for brunch, need i say more. On the way home from Edmonton i had egg salad and vegs. For dinner i had 4oz of pot pie left over. Still no pop

Hi there. We had a late breakfast and we had turkey bacon with home made pancakes. We then had a early dinner there we had a pot pie. It was filled with vegs, rice and some steamed roast.

Hi there. Today i went to the city and went to Moxie's I had there chicken bugar. I only ate the bottem half of the bun. With that i had the sweet patato fries. on the way home i ate a 1/4 of a Joes. Loise cake. Juise, milk1%, 2 cups of coffee with crap.

AH just got back from working out. I feel great. So i had 3 cups of coffee, Split pea soup med. bowl, 1 3/4 cups of sheperd pie. After my work out i wanted a sneak, so i had pop corn.

Hi there. I want to say I HATE TOO SNOW, AND COLD . Now that that is said i had a good day went for a nice cold walk, and later a wirked out. I had noodel soup 1/2 bag, and juice. 1/2 sauge roll. Lg bowl of home made split pea soup. It was the best i have made.

Today is not a happy day. I gained 1 pound, so that puts me at 249. Today i ate 1 pc. of toast with musturd, chicken and ham. Lunch was, 1 cup of soup. dinner was 4oz of fish, 2oz of patatos, 3cups of steramed vegs. 8oz 1% milk, 8oz of juice, and water.

Well it was another day of thanks giving, so you know what that means. Food food food. I ate a blueberry bagel, with jam. turkey, turnup, patatos, stuffing and pumpkin pie. So tomorrow i do my weigh in, I do not have much hope. On the up side of things i still have not had pop.

so i dont even want to tell you what i ate today, but i will. A begal for breakfast then a early dinner was about 6oz of ham, 1/4 cup patatos, 1/3 cup corn, 1/3 cup green beans, then i was a piggy and have 2pc. of pumpkin pie bad bad bad but it was soooooo good.

today i had 1pc of toast with peanutbutter and banana. a blueberry bagel with jam. Then 1/4 cup rice, 2 cups of vegs, lg low fat ceaser salad. 2 cup of coffee milk 8oz, 4oz juice, and lose tea. Well there you have it. I only hope i can be good at dinner tomorrow. Mmmmmmmm turkey.

Hello so i did not eat breakfast, not good. Lunch i had 1/2 cup snap peas, and a sauge bun. dinner was 3oz of chicken 2oz of rice and 2 cups of vegs steamed. after my work out i was hungry so i ate a small bowl of cearal.

So we are off to a new week. Im down 2 more pounds, so thats 248. I could have done better, but at least i did not gain. for breakfast i had a breakfast shake. lunch i had salad, chicken and yam fries. for dinner i had a Waight watchers meal with vegs.

Hi so today i had a 2egg omlet with mushrooms, sauge, and ham. 1/2 pc of toast with 2 cups of coffee. I had 1 cup of popcorn. Juice 1/2 cup of rice, 2 cups of steamed vegs. I also had a square. Then Dale brough home a timmy's FV coffee.
Hay sorry that i did not write yesturday, i got home late. So ok i ate left over pancakes 2 small ones. For lunch I was at a birthday party and had raw vegs, 5 wheat thins, 5pc. of ham sausage, 5 pc. of cheece. with coffee. Dinner i had 3oz of pasta in meat sauce baked with cheese. 8 oz milk. Well i will talk to you later.

Hellooooo. Hope all is well with you. So today i made pancakes. I had one with juice. lunch was raw vegs 1 1/2 cups. Sm pc. of pizza. Dinner 1/3 cup of whole wheat rice with 1 cup of mushrooms, 1cup of gr peppers, 1 cup of asparagues. all vegs were steamed. Still no pop. drank all water 2 8oz glasses of juice.

Today i ate 1pc of toast w/ slice of chicken and musturd. Lunch was 1pc. of toast w/ brown beans. Super was a Waigh Watchers dinner, 2 1/2 cups of raw vegs. Also a 12oz glass of 1% milk. Well im off to work out. Wish me luck.

Hi there today was not a great day. I really did not eat that well. I did however eat a healthy amout. 10oz glass of 1% milk for breakfast. Greek side salad. pizza bread, and 12oz OJ. One can of 5alive. Then i forgot to eat dinner, and well the kitchen is closed at 8:00pm. Still no pop, and not missing it.

Hello so i am feeling a bit better. I hope you all beat the cold and flu season.
Im doing very well on my 28 day chalange. I have not ahd any pop at all.
Today I had a 1/3 cup of cold cearal w/ milk (1%). Then I had 2oz of roast, 1/3 mashed patatos & carrots, 8 mushrooms, and 1 1/2 cups of aspagus. Now sadly i can forget the snacks. One home cookie. I have also had a lot of OJ again.

So today i had a wiegh in, the big number is 250 on the nose. I am happy about that number because i am down 4 pounds.
Today i had 1/2 a waffel, 2 cups of fruit, 1/2 sand, 1oz of chicken, 1oz of fries. Please keep in mind that i am still not feeling well. Oh i also drank about 1L of OJ.

Hello Today is not such a great day. Im not feeling to hot. I have had lots of OJ. and a big bowl of home made soup. On the up side no pop. If i am feeling up to eating later i have my heart set on home made pizza. It has chicken, pinapple, gr.pepper, mushrooms, oinion, and 2tbsp of chesse. I will tell you if i eat it today over not

So today was a good day. To start i had 1/3 cup of garnola with almonds, and a 1/2 cup of milk1%. I had 2 cups of coffee with sugar and coffee mate. Each cup is 90 calories. After i had a cassarole in it was patatos, egg,turky,ham,chicken,gr. peppers,mushrooms,garlice,and oinion. I had 4oz. For dinner i had more cassarole 6oz. Along with my 8 8oz glasses of water. Day 2 of no pop.
On a different note I wish you all would watch Dr. Oz. He has a lot of great timgs to say.

Well hello there. So today i start my food jounral. For breakfast is was 8oz glass of milk, oatmeal with peaches. For lunch i had 4oz juice, 1/2 half of a ham sandwich, 2cups of raw vegs. For dinner i want to BP's. There i had 8oz juice, side ceaser salad with no bread, 1/2 of a indiv pizza.
Also to day i started a 28 day challanage (thank you to the Dr.Oz show). I am giving up pop. Oh i forgot 8 8oz glass of water.
