OMG tonight i got worked over dirty in my work out, it felt great. I skiped breakfast that really is not the best, but what ever. Lunch was a 1/2 of a burger and 2oz of fries. Dinner i had 1 1/2 cup pasta salad.
I am married to Dale Pinnell, we have a son that is 1. I am starting this blog as my waight lose plan. I will waight myself once a week. I will record my meals, and drinks. The reason Im doing it this way is so that i am accountable. I do not go to a gym, and am not on any diet. I am going to be doing this by calories. Im about 80 pounds over waight. If you happen to be following me and you are over waight, then lets do it together. I wish myself good luck.
