so i dont even want to tell you what i ate today, but i will. A begal for breakfast then a early dinner was about 6oz of ham, 1/4 cup patatos, 1/3 cup corn, 1/3 cup green beans, then i was a piggy and have 2pc. of pumpkin pie bad bad bad but it was soooooo good.
I am married to Dale Pinnell, we have a son that is 1. I am starting this blog as my waight lose plan. I will waight myself once a week. I will record my meals, and drinks. The reason Im doing it this way is so that i am accountable. I do not go to a gym, and am not on any diet. I am going to be doing this by calories. Im about 80 pounds over waight.
