Hello so i did not eat breakfast, not good. Lunch i had 1/2 cup snap peas, and a sauge bun. dinner was 3oz of chicken 2oz of rice and 2 cups of vegs steamed. after my work out i was hungry so i ate a small bowl of cearal.
I am married to Dale Pinnell, we have a son that is 1. I am starting this blog as my waight lose plan. I will waight myself once a week. I will record my meals, and drinks. The reason Im doing it this way is so that i am accountable. I do not go to a gym, and am not on any diet. I am going to be doing this by calories. Im about 80 pounds over waight.
