So today i finished my 28 day chalange with the pop, so at lunch i tryed to have on i had 1 sip and just about got sick. So it was happly back to juice. Today at breakfast i was very hungry so i had 2pc of toast with peanut butter and banana. Lunch i had yam fries with 3oz of grilled chicken and tomatos. Later i had 3/4 cups of mixed nuts. After i worked out i had some steamed veg, (1 cup).

Hello there. Today i did a weigh in and i have not lost any nor have a gained. Im not happy about that so i guess i need to try harded. So because of that i had 1pc og toast with peanut butter, and banana. I had 1 cup of mixed nuts, and 1/2 a bag of noodle soup. I had 8oz glass of milk, 2 cups of pure apple juice. I hope that i will do better this week.
